The 22nd Colonial Marine Special Tactics Squadron will INFILTRATE the R&D facility and bring an end to the strike. Your primary target is the facility's WATER TREATMENT PLANT. You are instructed to render the facility uninhabitable in order to force the strikers to surrender, while avoiding direct confrontation wherever possible.
